(Windsor) The Windsor Spitfires are proud to announce that individual game tickets will be sold for the 2009–2010 season at the WFCU Box Office, online at www.windsorspitfires.com or by phone at (519) 254-5000 starting Tuesday, August 25^th at 10 a.m.  The WFCU Box Office schedule for the upcoming season is as follows:

Monday – Friday          10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Individual game ticket prices for the 2009-2010 season are as follows:

The Windsor Spitfires will open their 2009-2010 pre-season schedule against the Sarnia Sting on Thursday, September 3^rd at the WFCU Centre.  Game time is set for 7 p.m.

** The Spitfires will start the regular season on Thursday, September 17^th against the Plymouth Whalers at the WFCU Centre.  Game time is set for 7:05 p.m.  Fans are encouraged to arrive early as the team will be hosting a pre-game parking lot party starting at 5 p.m. outside of Gate 2 at the WFCU Centre.  Prior to the commencement of the game, the Spitfires will also be celebrating their 2009 MasterCard Memorial Cup and OHL Championship performances as part of a special on-ice ceremony.  Fans will also have the opportunity to take pictures with the Memorial Cup, J. Ross Robertson OHL Championship and the Wayne Gretzky Western Conference Championship Trophies at the parking lot party and during the first intermission.

On Thursday, September 24^th, prior to the start of the Spitfires 7:05 p.m. home game against the Erie Otters, the team encourages fans to arrive early as they will be hosting a pre-game parking lot party starting at 5 p.m. outside of Gate 2 at the WFCU Centre.  Before the game, the Spitfires will be raising the 2009 Memorial Cup, OHL Championship, Western Conference Playoff Championship, Regular Season and West Division Championship banners to the rafters as part of a special on-ice ceremony.
